The Trinity and our Hopes
Thanks To Those Who Have Helped Us Help the DogsFeeding the rescued Giants is one of the most expensive aspects of helping the dogs. Thanks to Ryan's Global Pet Foods, Berry's Pet Food and Pet Valu for their generous donations of food and treats. Please show your appreciation of the support of these businesses by patronizing them. Every rescue organization needs at least one rescue vet, Trinity of Hope Dog Rescue is fortunate to have the support of several veterinarians and veterinary clinics. We are forever indebted to "Dr. J" for her generous donation of her time. Without Dr. J, rescue would be alot harder. Without the support of the clinic, we would not be able to take on some of the tougher rescue cases. Thanks also to Dr. Andrew for being there when Dr. J could not, and for the generous support of all at Osgoode Veterinary Services. Dr. Shelley, thank you for all that you've done for our dogs in the past year, and Dr. Nancy at Mississippi Veterinary Services for taking care of Homer and Jayke. A special "THANK YOU" to Dr. Alix and the fine folks at the Oakridge Animal Clinic for taking such good care of Abner. A special "THANK YOU" to Nick Lees and the Edmonton Journal for telling Hannah's story. Thank you to Coralie for being our Guardian Angel for the year 2003. Without you, Kelli's Pot O'Gold would not be possible. Thank you to Acorn Partners for the generous donation in-kind of a photocopier. You have made one of our wish list items a reality! Thank you to the Alaskan Malamute Help League members for helping feed our rescued dogs for the month of September. The $300 donation made a big difference in our ability to continue to care for these dogs. Thank you to Forever Friends Dog Training School for inviting Tanner, Maxine, Leon and Homer to class. Thank you to Animal Lifestyles (613-692-4522) for working with Flora, Barkley and Poppy. Thank you to Shake-a-Paw Dog Training for allowing so many of our wild children to learn manners under your tutelage. Thank you to CaroLark for helping with the Weebees and Montana. Thank you to Sue for the dog equipment. One can never have enough dog beds, crates or vehicle barriers! Thank you to Sean and Gwen for donating a crate. The proceeds from the sale of this crate went to help pay for chiropractic treatments for one of our perma-fosters. Thank you to all who donated items for Trinity of Hope's Yard Sale held in August. We are collecting donations for our 2nd Annual Yard Sale. If you have items you'd like to donate, please contact info@TrinityOfHope.on.ca. Thank you to Steve and Shari for finding room yet again for our all the *kids.* Thank you to Lisa, Sean and Gwen for helping out with Barkley and Flora. Thank you to Gay for fostering Wriggley. Thank you to Leanne Cusak and the crew at CJOH for spending the morning with our Saints-Only Agility class on February 21, 2003. It was so much fun to talk about the dogs on the News at Noon. When there are too many dogs, and not enough room, people like Anne Hutchinson and Paul Richards of Serenade Kennels in North Gower, Ontario, Kim and Paul Gagne of Bedrock Kennels, in Almonte, Ontario and Stephen and Shari Murray of Pakenham Country Kennels have made all the difference in the world for Picot, Snoopy, Mr. Spock, Billy, A.C. Thanks to the Ottawa Kennel Club and its members for donating our booth space at the November Show of Shows and Spring Show. Thank you, Cathy and John, for sponsoring a neuter. Thanks to Dorothy McFaul for *adopting* Tanner for a week, Gwen, Sean, Mason and 4-footed family members for adopting Maxi and Peyton for a month, and Diana and Joe (in memory of Hercules) for sponsoring Ernie.
